Community Foundation of Greater Memphis
Connecting donors, nonprofits, and community partners to do more good across the Mid-South

Your website has to earn trust twice: from the donors who give through you, and from the nonprofits and communities you serve. We design and build accessible sites that make both audiences feel at home — and make giving, granting, and reporting easier.
A foundation’s website serves people at opposite ends of generosity: donors deciding whether to give through you, and grantees navigating how to work with you. Each needs different information, in different language, without the site fragmenting into two. Getting that architecture right is the core of every foundation project we take on.
And for nonprofits, the same act of trust plays out with every supporter, volunteer, and community member who lands on your site. Over 80 percent of our clients are nonprofits, social enterprises, or certified B Corps — this is the work we’ve built our practice around.
For over 50 years, CFGM has connected donors, nonprofits, and community partners across the Mid-South. Their content had sprawled across three separate websites — so we partnered with them to redesign and rebuild it as one streamlined experience, with custom WordPress development, a structure flexible enough to serve each distinct audience, and WCAG Level AA accessibility throughout.
It was such a pleasure working with the Mangrove team to bring our new website to life. They embraced our vision — and the need to inform and inspire diverse audiences — and offered creative, solutions-oriented ideas for our stakeholders and community. Simple to manage yet incredibly robust.

Annual reports don’t have to be PDFs nobody opens. We’ve built interactive digital impact reports for the Wikimedia Foundation — animated, story-driven, and built around how visitors actually read — and for Beneficial State Foundation, turning a year of impact into a site people explore instead of a file they download.
If your next annual report deserves better than a PDF, this is a self-contained project we can deliver alongside — or independently of — a full website.
Nonprofit and foundation communications teams are small, and their websites live for years between redesigns. We build for that reality — accessible to everyone you serve (every site targets WCAG Level A or AA from the first wireframe, and our accessibility audits can tell you where your current site stands), with:
Donors, grantees, community — mapped before design.
Warm, credible, accessible, custom.
Partnership plans keep the site — and each year's impact report — moving forward.
