National Center on School Infrastructure
Sharing resources and building capacity so every child can access a great public school facility

Whether you’re welcoming prospective families, sharing research, or building a national resource hub, your website is where learning starts. We design and build accessible sites for schools, universities, and education nonprofits — because education for all starts with a website everyone can use.
Education websites serve more masters than almost any other kind of site: prospective families comparing schools, current parents looking for a calendar, students, faculty, alumni, donors, researchers, journalists. The hard part isn’t making a page for each — it’s an architecture that gets each visitor where they’re going in two clicks without burying anyone else.
That’s strategy work before it’s design work, and it’s where we start every education project.
When NCSI — a federally funded technical assistance center working to improve U.S. public school buildings — launched as a new organization, they needed everything: a visual identity, a custom WordPress platform, and an architecture built to share tools and timely content with state and local school districts nationwide.
We delivered identity design and full website design and development — a national resource hub built to grow with its mission: every child in a great public school facility.
Also in the classroom: a joyful, values-forward rebuild for Prospect Sierra, a nationally recognized TK–8 independent school; and a modern, editor-friendly platform for the Maynard Institute, transforming newsrooms through education and training.
It’s a delight to work with Mangrove. The team is accessible, approachable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I hope to build on this partnership in the years to come!

If your organization exists to expand access to learning, your website can’t leave anyone out. More than 15 percent of people experience a disability — including students, parents, and educators trying to use your site right now. And for public institutions and federally funded organizations, WCAG conformance isn’t aspirational; it’s required.
Accessibility is how we’ve designed and built for nearly 20 years. Every new site targets WCAG Level A or AA from the first wireframe — and our accessibility audits can tell you exactly where your current site stands.
School and nonprofit teams are small, and your website can’t depend on a developer for every update. We build on platforms your team can actually manage — with the features education sites live on:
Your audiences, your goals, your admissions or engagement funnel — mapped before a pixel moves.
Accessible, on-brand, custom — not a template with your crest dropped in.
Most education clients stay with us on a partnership plan for continuous improvements and accessibility monitoring.
